Childrens Creative Fitness: I am 30 years old just recently since the economy has slowed down. I needed to find something that could supplement our income a little. Since my husband also owns his own business, Mountain Top Cabinets. I wanted something that would still let me involve my children. I have always wanted to do something like the Childrens Creative Fitness. I guess you could say My kids are the inspiration of it. I just wanted something where a kid could go and have fun while excersing, dancing , games, crafts, and more. That is what we do. My children and other children that come to the studio are involved in the planning of the activies and well as participating in them. So I guess what I am trying to say is a lot of the themes and activites the ideas come from the children. We also sell shirts, tutus, Hair bows and hair flowers and more.
